About the event

With friends and family in town for the holidays, come celebrate the season with some mindful movement and quality time together! Book this class and get a plus-one on us!


Our classes are led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and intelligently designed to leave you feeling longer, stronger and more aligned. Incorporating Pilates props like balls and resistance bands, our classes provide a challenging full-body workout that's both restorative and empowering.
