Join us for a Mat Pilates class at the newest MS Physical Therapy Clinic in Madison!
Both Pilates and Physical Therapy are rooted in the belief that movement is medicine. Through controlled, precise movements, we aim to help you move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. This beginner-friendly mat class is an excellent introduction to Pilates, offering a refreshing workout that emphasizes breathwork, core stabilization, mobility, and flexibility.
Mats & props are provided for class; please bring water and wear grip socks. Grip socks are required and will be available for purchase if needed.
