July 19: Full-body Flow
This signature flow class is a balanced blend of traditional Pilates principles with modern Pilates exercises & props (ball, resistance loops) for a total-body workout. This class is appropriate for all levels, offering thoughtful modifications for newer students and layered challenges for our more experienced ones. Expect a challenging flow that will leave you feeling aligned, empowered, and energized.
