New Years Reset

Step into the new year feeling refreshed and recharged with this complete reset. We'll begin with a rejuvenating Mat Pilates Class led by Angela Leis of Roux Pilates to energize your body, followed by a Sound Bath meditation led by Melissa Hughey of Lemon Balm Yoga & Wellness to settle your mind.

Our classes are led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and intelligently designed to leave you feeling longer, stronger and more aligned. Incorporating Pilates props like balls, bands and weights, our classes provide a challenging full-body workout that's both restorative and empowering.
