Join us for a gentle Moms & Bubs Mat Pilates class designed specifically for postpartum mothers and your little ones. This baby-friendly and interactive class incorporates low-impact and postpartum safe exercises to promote physical recovery, bonding, and community support. It’s a great opportunity for local moms to get outdoors, meet each other, and prioritize your well-being in a safe, supportive setting.

Mom & Baby's Guidelines for Class

• Moms must be cleared by a healthcare provider to safely return to exercise (typically occurs around 6-8 week checkup) before participating in class

• Any postpartum complications (ex diastasis recti or prolapse) must be disclosed to the instructor before class begins

• Babies Age Range: 6 weeks (postpartum clearance) to 2 years old.
