Come move with Roux in a Mat Pilates Class on the scenic rooftop of the Graduate Oxford as we prepare our minds and bodies for the Grove, the stadium and the emotional rollercoaster that is Ole Miss football 🏈
Our classes are led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and intelligently designed to leave you feeling longer, stronger and more aligned. Incorporating Pilates props like balls and resistance bands, our classes provide a challenging full-body workout that's both restorative and empowering.
