Cancellation Policy

Booking Window: Class bookings open 1 month in advance. You may not book a class after it has started. Payment & Confirmation: Full payment is due at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete, and a reminder email prior to the class. Managing Your Booking: You may book, cancel, or reschedule your classes at any time via our website. Late Arrival Policy: For the safety and flow of the class, you will not be permitted to join if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Late arrivals are considered a no-show and will forfeit the class credit. Cancelation Policy: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class will receive full class credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will forfeit the class credit and no refund will be issued. If you must cancel within the 12 hour window due to an emergency or illness, please email hello@rouxpilates.com. No-Show Policy: If you miss a class without cancelling, you will lose your class credit with no refund or reschedule option. Waitlist Policy: Customers may join the waitlist through their online portal when no immediate reservations are available. Waitlist entries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation. When a slot opens, the next person on the list will be immediately added to the class. You may cancel or update your waitlist request through your online portal at any time.
